Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, an order appears fraudulent, or there is an error in the listing. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment in full.

Prices and errors

Prices are listed in US dollars. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after you have received an order confirmation.

Payment and taxes

Payment is charged when you place your order. Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Lost and damaged shipments are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country.

Signed and personalized items

Autographs and personalizations are written as requested at checkout. We may decline personalization text we consider offensive or inappropriate, and will refund that option if we do. Signed and personalized items are final sale except for damage or errors on our part.

Digital products

Ebooks and audiobooks are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, or publicly post them.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Intellectual property

Book text, cover art, and other content on this site belong to Darkspace Press or its authors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
